People Solutions are recruiting for an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our client in Daventry, Northamptonshire. You will handle counterbalance FLT driving, picking and packing orders, and Goods in/out duties in a busy warehouse environment.

This role offers weekly pay, stable full-time hours, ongoing long-term work, and immediate starts. Training provided and overtime opportunities may be available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Counterbalance FLT licence held and used in daily tasks.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Counterbalance FLT driving and order picking/packing.
• Goods in and goods out duties as required.
• Moving, storing and organizing stock in the warehouse.
• Assist with safety procedures and manual handling as needed.
