Overview: Benefit is glowing… We mean growing… and we are currently searching for a Full-time Counter Manager to make real connections in Boots MetroCentre. As a Counter Manager, your missions will include:

1. Management - Managing Brow and Beauty Experts by motivating staff, delegating roles, ensuring sales targets are met, and maintaining high customer service standards.
2. Sales Goals - Achieving counter and service sales targets, making connections with customers, and demonstrating products.
3. Brow Services - Waxing, tinting, and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
4. Teamwork - Conducting daily team meetings, effective communication, and recognizing positive work to motivate the team and achieve targets.
5. Promotion and Special Events - Creating in-store and external events, including new product launches and charity events, to build business.
6. Stock - Ensuring the counter remains stocked and reporting concerns to the area manager.
7. Communication - Maintaining open communication between store/department managers and area managers.
8. Administration - Completing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration tasks, and assisting with area manager administration when needed.
9. Staff Rotas - Preparing staff rotas fairly and monthly.
10. Hygiene and Housekeeping - Keeping the counter and displays clean and hygienic at all times.
