As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of our operation, including:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
Picking customer loads with accuracy and attention to detail
Loading and unloading vehicles
Supporting production by clearing lines and supplying materials
Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the warehouse
Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
To succeed in this role, you must have:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
Proven experience in a warehouse, production, or logistics environment
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow clear instructions
Good level of physical fitness - this is an active, hands‑on role
Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days
15:00 - 23:00 → £14.77 per hour
23:00 - 07:00 → £16.27 per hour
Flexibility over the 7 days is essential
