DECIEM | THE ABNORMAL BEAUTY COMPANY is seeking a flexible, customer service–oriented Sales Assistant (Counter Associate) to join the extraOrdinary team at Selfridges in Birmingham. This 22.5-hour-a-week role focuses on delivering memorable experiences and product education to customers in a luxury beauty environment.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for beauty, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage customers with product knowledge learned during training.

Experience in the Retail, Department Stores, and luxury industry is highly desirable and ideally, within the Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Luxury Goods sectors.
