Counsellor and Mental Health Lead – Term time only

£28,863 - £35,862 per annum

We are looking to recruit a Counsellor and Mental Health Lead who will manage the counselling team to ensure they provide a comprehensive counselling services which aims to enable students and staff to realise their personal and academic potential.

This role will also take the lead on mental health and undertake and develop activities and resources relating to student welfare issues, including mental health, across college.

The successful candidate will hold a diploma or equivalent in Counselling and either hold or be working towards their BACP/UKCP accreditation. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of providing counselling within a supervised framework and a minimum of 2 years previous experience of leading a team.
