We are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Lecturer in Counselling to join our team on a full-time basis, delivering high-quality teaching and learning across Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) levels (Level 3 to Level 6). The successful candidate will provide engaging, inclusive, and adaptive teaching that supports student success and achievement, while fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure outstanding academic delivery and contribute to the continual development of our counselling programmes. In addition, you will actively engage with employers and industry partners to enhance student employability and ensure our curriculum remains current and relevant. As a Tutor, you will play a key role in driving an excellent student experience, overseeing the monitoring, review, and progression of learners throughout their educational journey.
We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join East Riding College in the role of a Counselling Tutor. If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you! The successful candidate will hold BCAP Membership (accreditation desirable) and a degree in a related area (masters in related area desirable). You must hold a teaching qualification or be willing to undertake a teaching qualification. Industry experience is desirable for the role.
