As a Counselling Lecturer, you will play a key role in delivering and developing counselling programmes, inspiring learners to achieve their full potential. You will contribute to programme leadership, deliver engaging lessons across a range of formats, and ensure high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. You will also support recruitment, quality assurance, and curriculum development activities while fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
This is a group role, so you will be expected to work flexibly across both campus sites at Doncaster and Scunthorpe.
Actual Salary: £21,414.30 - £27,105.21 + £6,141.62 - £7,773.76 Annual Employer Pension Contributions.
Working Hours: 22.5 hours
Part-time Working Pattern: Tuesday 8.30 - 17.00, Wednesday 8.30 - 17.00, Thursday 8.30 - 17.00
