Job summary

TR2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced counselling educator to deliver Level 4 and Level 5 programmes. You will guide learners through theoretical knowledge, practical counselling skills and professional practice.

The role requires strong assessment, feedback and safeguarding awareness, with a focus on delivering engaging, inclusive sessions within FE or adult education settings.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 5 counselling qualification or equivalent.
• Counselling teaching/lecturing experience, ideally within FE or adult education.
• Experience delivering Level 4 and/or Level 5 counselling qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of counselling theory, skills and ethical practice.
• Teaching qualification such as PGCE, Cert Ed, DET or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience of assessment and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and learner-support skills.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
