Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm or in-house experience in the entertainment industry.
• Experience advising on commercial agreements with digital media and entertainment companies.
• Understanding of regulatory matters related to CMOs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle legal due diligence and related legal research.
• Support drafting agreements with CMOs and negotiations.
• Engage with regulators and authorities on CMO-related matters.
• Conduct legal reviews on product changes affecting CMO strategy.
