This is an incredible opportunity for someone to join a fast paced and highly innovative global consumer products company with a very well-regarded, business-minded legal team. The Counsel (EMEA Commercial) role is newly created and will be responsible for managing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements that comply with Company policies and risk tolerance, allowing you to partner with a variety of teams across the business, including sales, marketing and e-commerce teams to drive growth while protecting the company’s interests. Although the position will primarily be responsible for commercial agreements in the EMEA region, there will be ample opportunity for other commercial and regulatory projects for the Company’s EMEA business. This position will report to the Vice President, Sr. Associate General Counsel, Global Commercial.
