A leading offshore firm is seeking an experienced employment disputes lawyer to join its litigation team as demand for high level advocacy and specialist tribunal work continues to grow.
This market recognised practice handles complex employment and immigration matters, high value contentious advisory work and regular advocacy before the Employment Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal and, where required, the Supreme Court.
The role involves advising on the full range of employment and immigration matters, drafting agreements, managing sensitive workplace investigations and conducting advocacy across a broad dispute spectrum. You will also contribute to knowledge development, support business development initiatives and assist in supervising junior lawyers within a collaborative and well-regarded team. The firm welcomes applications from both solicitors and barristers.
Candidates should be Commonwealth qualified with around eight years’ PQE and must have substantial advocacy experience alongside strong employment litigation capability. Experience gained in Bermuda or a comparable Commonwealth jurisdiction is important. Excellent academics, strong drafting ability and the confidence to handle complex contentious matters are essential.
