Position Overview
  • Specialist personal injury practice has its own costs team handling all aspects of costs relating to PI and Clinical Negligence matters.
  • Suitable candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in costs litigation and will have a track record handling a fixed costs caseload reviewing inter partes disputes, negotiating settlement and preparing cases for summary and detailed assessment.
  • Work closely with partner in charge, managing own caseload of files, utilising a case management system.
  • Firm ranked in the Legal 500, undergoing significant growth.
