Hybrid is genuinely hybrid, not the old “three days in, two days if you behave”. You can expect one or two office days per week, with plenty of remote freedom around that.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drafting legal costs schedules for hearings, mainly across Housing Disrepair and Environmental Act matters
  • Negotiating costs on concluded cases and ensuring recovery without unnecessary faff
  • Liaising with fee earners and solicitors to keep costs accurate and timely
  • Supervising and supporting junior costs paralegals
  • Carrying out enforcement activity where relevant
  • Pitching in with general team duties when needed
