A leading costs firm based in London is looking to recruit an experience Costs Draftsman to join their established team.

You will be responsible for dealing with a range of civil and commercial files.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

• Preparing points of dispute and considering replies
• Preparing costs strategy reports
• Reviewing files, settling costs
• Instruct counsel or conduct your own advocacy

You must have 2 years’ experience in a similar costs negotiator role in either claimant or defendant.
