Role Summary

The Role: Barista Maestro (Team Leader - 16 hours per week contract)

As a Barista Maestro, you'll take centre stage – not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Responsibilities
  • Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards.
  • Take responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present.
  • Manage stock, support deliveries, and maintain store hygiene.
  • Build a team culture where everyone feels supported, confident, and proud.
  • Have fun while doing it all.
Qualifications
  • Genuine love for coffee and people.
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with personality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confidence to lead by example.
  • Ability to stay cool under pressure and multitask like a pro.
