Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a driven Barista for a Costa brand on a full-time basis (35 hours/week). You will craft drinks, serve customers, and uphold brand standards across a busy high street environment. You’ll work in a fast-paced team, learn brewing methods, and ensure hygiene and safety compliance while representing the Costa brand.

• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation and presentation techniques.
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
• Representing Costa and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a driven Barista to help us create beautifully crafted drinks for a major High Street brand on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week. As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first-class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers.
