Costa Barista – Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh

Freemans Event Partners is on the lookout for enthusiastic and outgoing Costa Baristas to deliver exceptional coffee and outstanding customer service at one of Scotland’s most celebrated venues.

Hours & Contract:

This is a casual, event-based role. Shifts will vary according to the stadium’s event schedule, including international rugby fixtures and live entertainment. Once registered, you’ll have access to our scheduling app, where you can view and sign up for upcoming shifts.

Pay:

Up to £14 per hour (depending on experience)

About The Role

As a Costa Barista, you’ll be part of our vibrant events team, preparing and serving Costa’s signature drinks to the highest standard. You’ll deliver a friendly, efficient service, keep your workspace clean and well‑stocked, and help ensure every customer enjoys their experience — even during the busiest matchday rushes.

This is a flexible, casual role perfect for people who thrive in lively environments and take pride in creating great coffee moments for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Costa’s full range of hot and cold beverages to brand standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑stocked workstation.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.
• Support the setup and pack‑down of coffee stations before and after events.

About You

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred, but full training will be provided.

• Flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts.
