Job summary

Scoffs Group, the UK’s largest Costa Coffee franchise, is hiring enthusiastic Baristas for full-time and part-time roles. You’ll craft Costa drinks, deliver warm customer service, and help create welcoming store experiences.

The Role: Costa Coffee Barista (Full time Positions - minimum 25hr contracts, and Part Time - minimum 8hr contracts)

As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our store, crafting the drinks our customers love and creating warm, welcoming moments for everyone who walks through our doors.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Making every cup count – preparing delicious Costa drinks with precision and passion
• Delivering genuine, friendly customer service that brings people back
• Becoming confident with our menu so you can recommend favourites and new arrivals
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety
• Supporting your team and making work enjoyable for everyone
• Most importantly, having fun and creating a welcoming atmosphere

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need experience to be a brilliant Barista — just the right attitude and energy. We’ll give you all the training you need to build your skills and thrive.
