A leading leisure provider in Eastleigh seeks an experienced professional to assist the Store Manager across all catering operations, ensuring excellent customer service standards. Ideal candidates will have proven people management skills and one year of experience as a Barista Maestro. This role offers competitive benefits, including flexible working and health memberships.
Deputise and assist the COSTA Store Manager across all catering operations to include the COSTA Store, bars, events and vending where applicable. Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the catering department and maintain exceptional standards in customer service and processes throughout the operation, including commercial objectives and legislative compliance. Train and coach all Barista Maestros. Our safeguarding policies and procedures require all employees, volunteers, and contractors to uphold high safeguarding and accountability standards. Our recruitment process includes pre-employment checks, including Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks where applicable, to promote a safe and secure working environment.
Proven people management skills involving planning, organisation, coaching, communication, delegation and motivation. Hold or be able to apply without restriction the required licences to fulfil the role (e.g., Driving, Premises Licence (Alcohol), Fire Safety/Food Safety if applicable) and relevant compliance requirements. Demonstrate one year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent.
