Qualifications
- Member of a UK recognized professional accountancy body with solid post qualifying experience.
- Experience in a financial role such as Management Accountant or Project Accountant.

Responsibilities
- Summarise cost performance reporting information & present to the Cost Performance Lead, FP&A Lead and business stakeholders.
- Liaise with the cost performance team to drive quality, consistent and insightful Cost Performance reporting, analysis and forecasting.
- Through the IBP process, annual budgeting and regular monthly reporting and forecasting, consolidate, analyse and review/challenge data from the line of business and functions.
- Collaborate with business partners and functional leads to drive cost and business performance.
- Support the business stakeholders to aid their understanding of financial information.
- Contribute to modernisation initiatives to drive standardisation, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement processes including working with the wider FP&A team to share best practice.
- Deputise for Cost Performance Lead when required.
Qualifications
- Preferably a member of a UK recognised professional accountancy body with solid post qualifying experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to establish efficient and effective working relationships and to influence key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Working within a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to change.
- Present Financial information to non-financial stakeholders, coupled with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Proven post qualification within a financial role such as a Management Accountant, Project Accountant.
