Location - Southport/Hybrid

Salary - £22,932

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure the delivery for yourself of all KPI targets set by the firm.
  • Ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner.
  • Clerical support to costs team
  • Preparation of Part 8 proceedings
  • Service of bills of costs
  • Preparation of Detailed Assessment requests
  • Preparation of Court Papers
  • Preparation of court bundles
  • Ensuring post received is placed on costs files
  • Ensuring post out is sent correctly
  • Liaising with clients, experts, barristers, third party solicitors and insurers as directed
  • Dealing with all aspects of pre and post issue procedures under supervision in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Ensuring all actions as per Proclaim Action List are completed in a timely fashion
  • Accurate time recording
  • Maintaining client files in good order in accordance with Lexcel and other quality assurance requirements
  • Reporting to Senior Lawyer as required
  • Maintenance of RTM and other Master Spreadsheets
  • Carrying out data entry & reporting
  • First point of contact for client queries
  • Maintaining the teams SharePoint and assisting with the organisation of documents
  • Assisting the team with their workload where required
