Due to continued demand and our growth plans, we are looking to recruit Cost Managers with proven experience in the Power sector. Experience in Distribution, Transmission, Renewables, or related technologies will be crucial in fulfilling our clients' ambitions.

As a Cost Manager, you will work with high-profile clients, develop your consultancy skills, and diversify your sector experience. We support career progression both personally and professionally.

We support hybrid working and a forward-thinking approach. Part-time applications are also welcome.

Job Objectives

1. Operate at a Cost Management level with suitable qualification and experience.
2. Administer various contracts aligned with project goals and policies.
3. Monitor, forecast, and report project costs accurately to ensure budget adherence.
4. Proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications.
5. Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
6. Manage contract changes effectively, maintaining governance and best practices.
7. Improve forecast and budget accuracy.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant field is preferred.
• Professional body membership or equivalent, or working towards it, is desirable.
• Experience with Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred).
