Job summary

KBR, supported by Technical Staffing Resources in the UK, is seeking an experienced cost analyst for oil & gas and government service markets. The role focuses on budgeting, cost tracking, earned value, and deviation analysis on major projects.

Based in Leatherhead, you will lead change management, forecast cash flows, and monitor contingency plans, ensuring alignment with contracts and sub-contracts across global programs.

Responsibilities

• Establish budgets and track compliance and deviations
• Analyze cost, progress, and performance indicators
• Monitor earned value and committed vs. budget performance
• Assess contracts and sub-contract exposure and implications
• Analyze trends and forecast to-go costs and timelines
• Lead the change management process and document changes
• Develop and monitor contingency drawdown plans
• Develop and maintain cash flow projections
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial controls and reporting accuracy
