Job description
Role Purpose

Supporting the Operations Lead and Technical Lead. This role focuses on ensuring the effective use of data tools and adherence to policies driving operational excellence through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Understand previous process lessons learnt and how we can build this into new processes and tools.
  • Undertake the collection processing and analysis of data. This includes wider engagement with Trusts and client Finance and understanding how they feed into the process.
  • Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity through robust processes tools and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain current templates and tools including roll‑out and training as required.
  • Utilise data tools to generate actionable insights and trends and feed back into the programme.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support decision‑making.
  • Implement and manage data tools and software.
  • Ensure compliance with data policies and regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve data tools and processes. This requires regular engagement with various stakeholders and client departments to collate lessons learnt and to allow effective improvements to be identified.
