Location: UK-wide (London, Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow) – hybrid working

As a Cost Assurance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in reviewing, validating, and advising on cost estimates and contract data across high-profile programmes such as HS2, nuclear, and major civils frameworks. You’ll work with clients to ensure cost accuracy, risk management, and commercial integrity throughout project delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • Background in estimating and cost management
  • Experience in cost assurance, verification, or post-contract commercial review
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with clients and presenting complex cost data
  • Consultancy or client-side experience preferred

Nice to Have

  • Professional membership (RICS, ACostE, APM)
  • Defence, nuclear, or transport sector experience
  • Familiarity with cost systems, benchmarking, and cost intelligence tools
