Job summary

Tropic Skincare is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician to join our Croydon factory team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the manufacturing of high-quality cosmetic products, ensuring every batch meets quality and safety standards. You will work closely with production and R&D teams, sampling products and adhering to strict SOPs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, a good understanding of GMP principles, and a detail-oriented approach. We offer a competitive salary of £15 per hour along with various benefits including private medical insurance and a generous product allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally within cosmetics or personal care.
• Comfortable following detailed SOPs and batch documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
• Basic numeracy skills for accurate weighing and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing bulk products and inspecting raw materials for contaminants.
• Starting and monitoring manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards.
• Following Standard Operating Procedures and collaborating with the R&D team.
