Job summary

Global Beauty Products Limited is seeking a hands-on Cosmetic Laboratory & Regulatory Technologist to work across formulation, testing, manufacturing support and product compliance. You will make and assess batches, run tests, maintain technical records and speak directly with private-label clients about regulatory requirements.

You will enjoy breadth across GMP, INCI review, and private-label projects, with frequent collaboration across production, quality and commercial teams at our Liverpool

Qualifications

• Hands-on formulation, laboratory or product-development experience in cosmetics, personal care or related manufacturing environment.
• Experience making batches and evaluating formulas, ingredients, processing methods and finished-product characteristics.
• Experience running stability, panel, microbiological or performance testing with disciplined result recording.
• Working knowledge of UK and EU cosmetics compliance (INCI, labels, claims, product files, notifications and GMP).
• Strong technical writing, document control and data-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare laboratory, pilot and authorised production batches from controlled formulas and manufacturing instructions.
• Refine and troubleshoot formulas, ingredients and processing methods; document results.
• Plan and run stability, compatibility and product evaluation programmes; record results clearly.
• Coordinate testing with external laboratories and track actions to completion.
• Support scale-up from lab batches to commercial production and investigate variances.
