Job summary

Motability Operations are recruiting an experienced Panel Beater to join our refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis. This role requires on-site work five days a week, repairing panels, priming, and restoring vehicles to Motability standards.

You will work with the latest repair methods, aim for right-first-time results, and enjoy a competitive package including a bonus and pension. Full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Panel repair / accident repair experience.
• Panel prep and priming experience.
• Experience using dent pulling equipment (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence (manual).

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged panels to a high standard.
• Prepare and prime panels ready for paint.
• Carry out panel straightening and dent removal.
• Use modern repair methods and equipment.
• Deliver right-first-time repairs to reconditioning standards.
