Job summary

Charles Hurst NI Carsmetic, Belfast, is seeking an experienced Paint Repairer / Panel Beater (Non-Structural) for a permanent full-time role in our bodyshop. The position offers 40 hours per week with early start times (7am - 5:30pm) and a competitive salary up to £38,000 plus a generous bonus opportunity.

You will repair non-structural panels, prepare and refinish to factory standards, and ensure high-quality cosmetic work while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in paint repair and non-structural panel work.
• Full driving licence with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Carry out non-structural panel repairs including minor dents, scrapes and surface damage.
• Complete paint preparation and refinishing to manufacturer and Charles Hurst standards.
• Perform cosmetic repairs across panels, bumpers and exterior components.
• Ensure all work follows approved processes and quality expectations.
• Communicate clearly with customers to confirm required work and associated costs.
• Work effectively with the wider bodyshop team to deliver a seamless repair journey.
