Job summary

Nuffield Health in Dublin is seeking a Corporate Wellbeing Advisor to lead fitness and wellbeing initiatives for our corporate partners. You will supervise facilities, design wellbeing plans, run circuit-based classes, and deliver fitness assessments with a client-focused approach.

You’ll be REP Level 3 qualified or CIMSPA registered, bringing energy and excellent communication to motivate clients, deliver exceptional service, and help members achieve personal goals within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Strong background in corporate or commercial fitness.
• Able to teach circuit-based classes and deliver fitness assessments.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes.
• Deliver group exercise and circuit-based classes (Spin to Les Mills).
• Deliver exceptional customer service in personal training and payments processing.
• Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities.
• Help members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice to achieve personal goals.
• Deputize for the Programme Manager and contribute to a great member experience.
