Flight Centre Travel Group in Manchester is seeking a Service Hub Business Travel Consultant to deliver first-class travel support to corporate clients. You will manage bookings end-to-end, tailor solutions, and build strong relationships with clients and partners while working within rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• GDS systems experience is required; Amadeus desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of the travel industry and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and travel support to corporate clients.
• Manage end-to-end travel bookings and travel-related enquiries.
• Provide efficient and accurate travel solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiencies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, travel requirements, and best practices.
• Proactively anticipate client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain high service standards.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and client expectations.
• Support coverage across rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.
