My client - a highly regarded accountancy and advisory firm to recruit a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward‑thinking tax team that works with ambitious, high‑growth businesses across a wide range of sectors.

The role offers a mix of compliance and advisory work, with a strong focus on corporate transactions, tax structuring, and strategic planning.

The Role

You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering tax services to different business across sectors and sizes:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing compliance and advisory services.
  • Leading tax structuring and due diligence projects for M&A transactions.
  • Advising on tax strategy, governance, and technology implementation.
  • Supporting client onboarding, billing, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Supervising junior staff and contributing to their development.
  • Collaborating with senior managers, directors, and partners on complex tax matters.
Your Profile

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax, including M&A and transaction‑related matters.
  • Experience managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality tax advice.
  • Confidence in leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • CTA and/or ACA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • A proactive and commercial mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
