Georgiana Head Recruitment Limited is recruiting on behalf of a Top 10 accounting firm in Manchester for an ACA/CTA qualified Corporate Tax Transactions Assistant Manager or Manager. The role is hybrid with flexible and part-time options and involves managing tasks while collaborating with senior managers, Directors and Partners to deliver Tax Compliance and Advisory services.

You will lead complex tax projects, guide junior team members, and apply in-depth taxation knowledge to resolve complex

Qualifications

• ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) Corporate Tax Transactions Assistant Manager or Manager.
• Pro-active with own task management and collaborative with senior managers, Directors and Partners.
• In-depth knowledge of taxation and ability to handle complex tax issues and projects.
• Experience in managing junior team members and leading complex tax projects.
• Hybrid/flexible and part-time working is available; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Compliance and Advisory services to a wide range of clients.
• Lead complex tax projects and collaborate with the team.
• Communicate regularly with senior managers, Directors and Partners.
• Support the Corporate Tax Team in Manchester on a hybrid basis.

Job description

Our client is a Top 10 accounting firm who seek an ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) Corporate Tax Transactions Assistant Manager or Manager to join their Corporate Tax Team based in Manchester. You will be someone who can work pro-actively, managing your own tasks, but you will also be confident collaborating with others, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and Partners. You will have in-depth knowledge of taxation, the ability to deal with complex tax issues, projects and previous experience in managing more junior members of the team. You will provide Tax Compliance and Advisory services to a wide range of clients and lead complex Tax projects. This office work on a hybrid basis, flexible and part time working is available.
