What you will do

• Lead corporate tax compliance across complex cases, raise the bar on quality and risk management
• Deliver advisory on reorganisations, transactions and due diligence, with direct client exposure
• Review work, coach juniors, and build capability across the team
• Partner with senior colleagues on proposals and pitches, contribute to growth without pressure-selling
• Nurture long-term client relationships across multiple sectors

What you bring

• Strong corporate tax technicals across compliance and advisory
• A track record of managing a portfolio and delighting clients
• Current Manager ready to step up, or Associate Director looking for a clear path to Director
