Job description

I’m working with an award‑winning specialist tax advisory firm renowned for their technical excellence and diverse client base, ranging from entrepreneurial owner‑managed businesses through to large multinationals. They’re looking to appoint a CTA‑qualified Corporate Transactions Tax Senior Manager to play a central role in advising clients on complex deals, restructures, and business reorganisations.

You’ll join a team that works hand‑in‑hand with accountants, lawyers, and corporate finance teams to deliver bespoke tax solutions across the full deal lifecycle. You’ll provide high‑level technical guidance on mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, demergers, management buyouts, and other transactional projects. The firm also engages directly with HMRC consultations on future UK tax legislation, shaping the landscape of corporate taxation. You’ll collaborate with Partners recognised nationally for their expertise in corporate and international tax.

This is a genuinely varied and intellectually stimulating position where you’ll gain exposure to high‑profile projects while maintaining the culture, flexibility, and work‑life balance of an independent specialist firm.

You will ideally be CTA qualified with at least five years’ post‑qualification experience in corporate tax, transactions, or M&A advisory. You’ll have a passion for technical tax and enjoy collaborating with both clients and internal teams. You should be ready to take ownership of client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s corporate advisory offering.

If you’re ready to join one of the UK’s most respected independent tax advisory firms, where your technical insight genuinely shapes the advice given to leading businesses, get in touch for a confidential discussion.
