Job summary

A global accountancy firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to handle a diverse client portfolio in Guernsey, Channel Islands. The successful candidate will manage tax compliance and advice, mentor junior staff, and ensure efficient team operations. We require ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualifications along with strong leadership and client service skills. This position offers an excellent low tax package and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills within Corporate and/or International Tax.
• Exceptional client service with strong delivery skills.
• Updated knowledge in Tax developments.
• Ability to win new work with input from the wider Firm.
• Up to date with developments in Tax globally.

Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Guernsey, Channel Islands

The Company

Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy firm to recruit a Tax Senior Manager to be based in their office in Guernsey, Channel Islands.

The Role

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients, including both the tax compliance and coordinating the tax advice, both local and international
• Responsible for the development and management of junior staff, including delegation of work as appropriate
• Monitoring and coaching of junior staff
• Involvement in the efficient running of the team i.e. team meetings/socials/technical and skills training/financial management etc

The Candidate

• ACA, ACCA or CTA Qualified or equivalent
• Strong technical skills within Corporate and /or International Tax
• Exceptional client service with strong delivery skills
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor and develop staff
• Ability to win new work with the input and expertise from the wider Firm
• Up to date with regular developments in Tax with the ability to liaise with our global network
