Job summary

KPMG International Cooperative is seeking a London Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance professional, with a focus on complex advisory projects for UK and cross-border clients. Based in Milton Keynes or Watford, you will collaborate with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers to deliver technically excellent tax advice and manage engagement quality.

You will lead and coach junior staff, coordinate UK tax compliance work, and liaise with specialists and overseas member firms.

• Qualified ACA/CA or equivalent UK corporation tax experience.

Our clients include UK headquartered businesses and inbound groups across a range of sectors. Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).
