Pro-Tax Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager in Harrow for a hybrid role with a salary up to £75,000 and excellent benefits. You will gain exposure to advisory work, international clients and progression opportunities within a growing practice. You will manage UK and international client portfolios, review corporation tax returns and computations, deliver advisory projects, support cross-border restructurings, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with Partners.

Responsibilities

Are you a Corporate Tax Manager looking for greater exposure to advisory work, international clients and genuine progression opportunities?

An ambitious and growing accountancy and advisory firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join its expanding team in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced Tax Partners whilst advising an impressive portfolio of clients ranging from owner-managed businesses through to multinational groups with revenues exceeding £200m.

The firm combines the agility and collaborative culture of a mid-sized practice with the reach of a truly international network, providing exposure to complex tax matters that are often associated with much larger firms.

The Opportunity

Joining a growing Corporate Tax team, you will work across a broad mix of compliance and advisory assignments, with the advisory element expected to increase as the team continues to expand.

You will be involved in:

• Managing a varied portfolio of UK and international clients
• Reviewing corporation tax returns and tax computations
• Delivering corporate tax advisory projects
• Advising on international tax planning and structuring
• Supporting cross-border transactions and reorganisations
• Assisting with due diligence exercises
• Working on Pillar Two and other complex technical projects
• Building and developing strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Working closely with Partners on high-value assignments

About You

The successful candidate will likely have:

• CTA qualified or ACA/ACCA and CTA part-qualified
• Strong corporate tax experience gained within practice
• Experience managing corporate tax compliance engagements
• Exposure to advisory projects
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• An interest in international tax matters
• The ambition to progress within a growing firm
