Job description

Although something of a late comer to London, this upper quartile US law firm has consistently grown its transactional (and disputes) offerings to the point where it now has critical mass in both. So far it has managed to (somewhat inefficiently) do this without having a dedicated tax resource in London.

The law firm would like to correct this with a user-friendly lateral, with a good bedside manner and expertise in supporting corporate M&A, private equity and finance transactions as well as (ideally) private funds matters.
