Job Title: Corporate Tax Associate - Generalist - Top 50 firm

Salary: £100,000-£110,000

PQE Level: 4-6 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

Our client, a Top 50 law firm, has a small and highly regarded corporate tax practice and is looking for a 3-5 PQE corporate tax associate who is a generalist and has expertise across M&A/transactional support and real estate tax. The firm’s culture and work/life balance are key selling points.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate tax advice with a generalist focus, supporting M&A/transactional work and real estate tax.
• Support partners on transactional tax matters and collaborate across the team to deliver high-quality client service.
• Contribute to the firm’s corporate tax practice within a Top 50 environment.

Requirements/Qualifications

• 3-5 PQE as a corporate tax associate (generalist) with experience across M&A/transactions and real estate tax.
