FT Recruitment has been approached by a well-known, local accountancy firm to assist them in recruiting a Corporate Tax professional at either Assistant Manager or Manager level. This role will come under the Aberdeen office but there is flexibility with remote/hybrid working potentially available for the right candidate due to their hybrid/remote working policy.

The Main Duties Of This Are
  • Assist with managing a small tax team whilst providing leadership and guidance to ensure the team delivers high-quality work
  • Advise clients on corporate tax issues, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
  • Prepare and review tax returns, tax provisions, and tax planning strategies for corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, working collaboratively with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance for clients.
  • Support the growth of the firm by engaging in business development activities when the opportunity arises.
  • Suitable candidates will have experience working within a tax setting, either in practice or industry.
