A leading automotive group in Chelmsford is seeking a Corporate Support Executive to provide excellent admin support and manage relationships with corporate customers. Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-class and prompt admin support to the Corporate Hub.
  • Help develop relationships with purchasers from existing Corporate customers.
  • Support LBDMs, Key Account Managers and Broker Account Managers.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Corporate customers.
  • Construct quotes according to negotiated terms.
  • Maintain the Corporate customer database.
  • Manage customer demonstration bookings.
  • Order and locate vehicles to fulfil sold orders.
  • Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues to the Corporate Hub Manager.
  • Ensure timely processing and documentation.
  • Agree profit on deals before month-end closure.
  • Track and control vehicle debtors.
  • Initiate and maintain vehicle deal files.
