Corporate Senior Associate

Location: Bristol

We have a unique and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned corporate solicitor to join an esteemed and leading international law firm in their Bristol office. You will be part of a distinguished and collaborative team, working with top-tier clients and alongside leading legal professionals who are experts in their fields.

Our client is expanding the ENRI team, with a focus on energy and infrastructure.

The multi-disciplinary team operates globally, specialising in construction, project development, acquisition, and financing within the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. They have a wide and diverse clientele, including corporations, investment funds, major development finance institutions, governments, and commercial banks.

The team is seeking a candidate with robust corporate experience (minimum 5+ years PQE) in M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, specifically within the ENRI sector. Experience working with or against infrastructure funds, coupled with strong client relationship skills with ENRI sector companies, is highly desirable.
