Corporate & Strategic Finance Associate role overview: Fuse is redefining what a modern energy company looks like, fully integrated across generation, trading, retail hardware and installations. Our finance team is responsible for building the capital structure and partnerships that make that ambition possible.

Responsibilities
  • Support and lead fundraising processes (project finance, trading credit lines, other debt facilities and equity)
  • Develop and maintain the group's long-term business plan and financial models
  • Manage relationships and complex negotiations with banks, investors, and strategic partners
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, financial performance, and capital allocation decisions
  • Drive initiatives to optimize costs, working capital, liquidity, and overall cost of capital
  • Support broader finance operations including FP&A, tax planning, and corporate structuring
  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the business on high-impact projects
Qualifications
  • STEM degree from a top university
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity (top-tier firm)
  • Exceptional analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
