Qualifikationen

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 0–5 years' PQE in company law.
• Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and governance.
• Ability to manage own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; client service oriented.
