Corporate Solicitor / Associate - (Junior to Mid-Level) - A rare high quality opportunity for a Lawyer with a good grounding in the field of Corporate Law to join a leading and prestigious Nottingham law firm with truly international coverage, working with some fascinating clients.

We would encourage applications from recently qualified Lawyers upwards to mid-level with experience of working with high end clients at a good quality firm in Corporate matters affecting such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOs and secondary issues and reorganisations.

You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with and multi-Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.

You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high-ranking firm.
