Corporate Lawyer / 5+ PQE / West Yorkshire / Competitive Salary
This role offers exceptional exposure and the opportunity to work closely with both the commercial property and commercial litigation departments, ensuring a diverse and intellectually stimulating caseload. You will manage your own corporate workload including negotiations, transactions and corporate governance, while collaborating with these teams to cross‑refer work and provide seamless support to clients across all areas. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, external advisers and internal stakeholders, as well as delivering strategic, pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice. Additionally, you will play a key role in contributing to the growth and development of the firm’s corporate practice.
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in corporate law and a strong track record of delivering high quality transactional work. You should bring solid technical ability, sound commercial awareness and the confidence to work collaboratively across teams while building trust and delivering real value to clients. You will be organised and structured in your approach, capable of managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
