The Opportunity

Due to growth, my client is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor (Senior Associate) into their L500 ranked M&A team.

The team advise on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with the majority of the work being in the £10-100m space. Their clients include national and international companies, SMEs, banks, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals (to name a few).

The successful candidate will work alongside a number of L500 and Chambers ranked partners, given the team’s size, you’ll be given a high level of responsibility from day 1.

The Firm

Our client is a leading city firm, well-ranked in a number of specialisms. They offer an extremely high quality of work (regularly working opposite Top 50 UK firms as well as US firms), whilst also offering a more sustainable work life balance and more agile career progression opportunities.

Given their smaller size and open plan office, everyone is very much on a first name basis. As Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to lead and run complex transactions and have high levels of client contact.
