Corporate Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Stockport, up to £75,000 (DOE) – My client is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial legal professional to join their thriving corporate team and help shape the future of the team. JOB REF:0307.

THE ROLE:
• You will lead and manage complex corporate transactions including mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters.
• You’ll have direct client contact, develop business, and play a key role in strategic decision-making within the firm.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate law
• Proven track record of managing high-value deals and client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with business development skills
• Strong leadership qualities and team management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence at senior levels
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
