Qualifications

• Recently qualified Lawyers or mid‑level with experience of working with high‑end clients at a good quality firm in Corporate matters affecting such fields as M&A, private equity transactions, corporate, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, IPOs and secondary issues and reorganisations.
• Good grounding in Corporate Law.
• Ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and multi‑national Clients.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to maintain high standards.
